Zero-Proof Moscow Mule
Hot ginger beer, plenty of lime and a dry citrus-ginger spirit where the vodka would be. Cold, sharp and properly spicy.

Ingredients
- 1.5 ozSeedlip Grove 42
- 0.25 ozTenneyson Black Ginger (optional, for more heat)
- 0.75 ozFresh lime juice
- 4 ozQ Ginger Beer, well chilled
- PinchSalt (optional, for body)
Method
- Fill a copper mug or highball to the top with ice.
- Add the Grove 42, Black Ginger, lime juice and salt, and stir briefly.
- Top with ginger beer and give it one gentle lift with a bar spoon.
- Squeeze in a lime wedge, drop it in, and slap a mint sprig before adding it.
