We Have No Proof ("we", "us") runs wehavenoproof.com. We collect as little as we can. Here's all of it.

What we collect

Visits. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are popular. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you; we see totals, not people.

Clicks to shops. When you click a "Buy" or "Shop" link, the link passes through our own address (/go/…) before sending you on. We record which drink, which shop, and the page you came from — nothing about you.

Your email, if you sign up. Newsletter sign-ups are stored by our email provider (Buttondown) and used only to send the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Messages you send us. If you use the Get featured form or email us, we keep what you send so we can reply.

Location, only if you ask. "Near me" on the map uses your browser's location to sort places by distance. It stays in your browser; we never receive or store it.

Who else is involved

• Shops and affiliate networks. When you leave our site for a shop, that shop (and any affiliate network it uses) may set its own cookies to credit us for the sale. Their privacy policies apply once you're there.
• Map tiles. The map loads its images from a map provider, which sees your IP address like any website you load.
• Hosting. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes requests to serve pages.

We don't sell your data, and we don't run third-party ad trackers.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time from any email, or ask us to delete anything you've sent us by writing to hello@wehavenoproof.com.

Age

This site is about non-alcoholic drinks. Some listed products contain THC and are for adults 21+ where legal; we don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this changes, we'll update the date at the top.
