Zero-Proof Hugo Spritz

Elderflower, mint, lime and bubbles. Easy on the cordial, so it tastes of flowers rather than sugar.

Mint sprig, lime wheel

Method

  1. Clap the mint between your palms and drop it into a wine glass with the lime wedges and cordial. Press the lime gently.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Add the sparkling wine and soda, stir once from the bottom and garnish with a mint sprig.
