Zero-Proof Dark and Stormy
Ginger beer and lime under a dark float of molasses-rich cane spirit and a splash of amaro. Pour it slowly for the storm cloud.

Ingredients
- 4 ozGosling's Stormy Ginger Beer, well chilled
- 0.5 ozFresh lime juice
- 1.5 ozLyre's Dark Cane Spirit
- 0.25 ozLapo's Amaro
Method
- Fill a highball with ice. Add the lime juice and ginger beer, leaving a finger of space.
- Stir the Dark Cane and Lapo's Amaro together in a small glass.
- Pour the dark mix slowly over the back of a bar spoon so it spreads across the top and clouds down.
- Add a lime wedge and serve unstirred.
