Coastal Bloody Mary

A Virgin Mary with a savory, herbal backbone from a coastal botanical spirit. Tastes like a Bloody Mary, not spiced juice.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ozPentire Adrift
  • 4 ozTomato juice
  • 0.5 ozFresh lemon juice
  • 1 tspPrepared horseradish
  • 4 dashesWorcestershire sauce
  • 3 dashesHot sauce
  • 1 barspoonOlive brine
  • PinchCelery salt and black pepper

Method

  1. Add everything to a shaker tin with ice.
  2. Roll between two tins five or six times.
  3. Strain into an ice-filled highball.
  4. Garnish with celery, an olive and a lemon wedge.
