Zero-Proof Aperol Spritz
The 3-2-1 spritz with Lyre's Italian Spritz in the Aperol slot and Glera-based fizz in the prosecco slot.

Ingredients
- 3 ozMionetto Alcohol-Removed Sparkling
- 2 ozLyre's Italian Spritz
- 1 ozSoda water
Method
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Pour in the sparkling wine first, then the Lyre's, then the soda.
- Stir once, gently. Tuck in a half-wheel of orange.
