Winter Citrus Tonic
Blood orange season meets a dry citrus spirit and a soft herbal tonic. Bright, bitter-edged and very easy to make on a Tuesday.

Ingredients
- 1.5 ozSeedlip Grove 42
- 1 ozFresh blood orange juice (or regular orange juice with a squeeze of lemon)
- 4 ozFever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water, chilled
- PinchSalt
Method
- Fill a copa or large wine glass with ice.
- Add the Grove 42, blood orange juice and salt, and stir to chill.
- Top with tonic, pouring down a bar spoon to keep the bubbles.
- Garnish with a blood orange wheel and a slapped rosemary sprig.
