Spiced Pear Spritz
The orange spritz goes wintry: Lyre's Italian Spritz with pear nectar and a pinch of cinnamon, topped with NON2's caramelised pear sparkler.

Ingredients
- 1.5 ozLyre's Italian Spritz
- 1 ozPear nectar, chilled
- 3 ozNON2 Caramelised Pear & Kombu, well chilled
- 1 ozFever-Tree Premium Club Soda, chilled
- PinchGround cinnamon
Method
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Add the Lyre's Italian Spritz, pear nectar and cinnamon, and stir briefly.
- Top with the NON2, then the soda.
- Lift once with a bar spoon and garnish with a pear slice and a cinnamon stick.
