Red Bitter Spritz
The Campari-style spritz: a red bitter, dry fizz and more soda than the orange version, so the bitterness stays in front.

- Orange slice, green olive

Ingredients
- 2 ozLapo's Aperitivo
- 3 ozSurely Sparkling Brut
- 1.5 ozSoda water
Method
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Add the aperitivo, then the sparkling wine, then the soda.
- Stir once from the bottom. Garnish with an orange slice and an olive on a pick.
