Pomegranate French 75
Gin alternative, lemon and pomegranate, shaken and topped with a dry sparkling rosé. Pink, tart and made for the countdown.

Ingredients
- 1 ozLyre's Dry London Spirit
- 0.75 ozPomegranate juice (100% juice)
- 0.5 ozFresh lemon juice
- 0.25 ozSimple syrup (1:1)
- 3 ozFrench Bloom Le Rosé, well chilled
Method
- Shake the gin alternative, pomegranate, lemon and syrup hard with ice for 10 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled flute.
- Top slowly with the sparkling rosé.
- Drop in a few pomegranate seeds and garnish with a lemon twist.
