Piña Colada Slushie (Machine Batch)
A liquid base for a slushie machine: no ice, enough sugar to freeze into proper slush.

Ingredients
- 16 ozPineapple juice
- 6 ozCoco López Cream of Coconut
- 4 ozLyre's White Cane Spirit
- 2 ozLyre's Dark Cane Spirit
- 2 ozFresh lime juice
- PinchSalt
Method
- Whisk everything together until the cream of coconut is fully dissolved.
- Chill the base in the fridge first; cold liquid freezes faster.
- Pour into the machine up to its max fill line. Don't add ice.
- Run it on the slush setting until thick, then serve straight away.
