Paloma Pitcher

Six palomas at once. Build the base ahead, add the soda at the last minute.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Stir the agave spirit, juices, agave syrup and salt in a pitcher until the salt dissolves. Chill.
  2. Just before serving, add the grapefruit soda and stir once.
  3. Pour into ice-filled highballs, salt-rimmed if you like. Grapefruit wedge on each.
