House recipe
The House G&T
Juniper-led gin, a dry tonic, a lot of ice and a grapefruit peel. Built so the gin doesn't vanish under the tonic.

Ingredients
- 2 ozMonday Zero Alcohol Gin
- 4 ozFever-Tree Refreshingly Light Tonic Water, well chilled
- 2 dashesSaline (4:1 water to salt)
- 1Lime wedge
Method
- Fill a copa or large wine glass to the top with ice.
- Add the gin and saline, then pour the tonic down a bar spoon so it keeps its fizz.
- Squeeze in the lime wedge, express a grapefruit peel over the glass and drop it in. Stir once.
