Zero-Proof Dry Martini

A Plymouth-style gin alternative and a bianco, stirred ice-cold with saline, served small. The closest we've got to a real martini.

Method

  1. Put the coupe in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Stir everything with plenty of ice for only 10 to 12 seconds; you want it cold, not watery.
  3. Strain into the frozen glass. Express a lemon peel over the top and rub it around the rim.
