Eggnog Espresso Martini

An Espresso Martini with a slug of store-bought eggnog shaken in and fresh nutmeg on top. Creamy, coffee-first and very December.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ozFresh espresso or cold brew concentrate, cooled
  • 1 ozLyre's Coffee Originale
  • 1 ozNon-alcoholic eggnog (check the carton)
  • PinchSalt

Method

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Shake everything with plenty of ice as hard as you can for 15 to 20 seconds.
  3. Double-strain into the glass and let the foam settle for a moment.
  4. Grate a little nutmeg over the top.
