Cold Brew Espresso Martini

No espresso machine needed: cold brew concentrate, coffee liqueur alternative and a hard shake still give you a crema.

Method

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Shake everything with plenty of ice as hard as you can for 15 to 20 seconds.
  3. Double-strain into the glass, let the foam settle for a moment and float three beans.
