Coastal Tonic
Pentire Adrift with tonic, sage and a pinch of salt. Savoury, green and very dry.

Ingredients
- 2 ozPentire Adrift
- 4 ozFever-Tree Refreshingly Light Tonic Water
- PinchFlaky sea salt
Method
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Add the Adrift and the salt, top with tonic.
- Slap a sage leaf between your palms, add it with a lime wheel, and stir once.
