House recipe
The Lyre's Americano
Equal parts red bitter and rosso, long with soda. A pinch of salt stops it tasting thin.

- Highball
- Garnish
- Orange slice

Ingredients
- 1.5 ozLyre's Italian Orange
- 1.5 ozLyre's Aperitif Rosso
- 2 dashesSaline (optional, adds body)
- 3 ozSoda water
Method
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Add the bitter, vermouth and saline and stir briefly.
- Top with cold soda, lift once and garnish with an orange slice.
