Amaro-strength bitter, a dry rosso and a toasty, dry sparkler. The sbagliato for people who like a Negroni.

Method
- Pour the bitter and vermouth over a large cube in a rocks glass and stir for a few seconds.
- Top with the cold sparkling wine.
- Lift once with a bar spoon and add a half-wheel of orange.
